To prevent "spam" emails I've replaced the @ symbol in email addresses (e.g. name@hotmail.com) with the word: at. Replace the word "at" the @ symbol and you've got the correct email address, which is something spam-bots can't do (yet).

Also, because we've all got the same area code, I've not listed it here in an attempt to protect our privacy a little bit. (Since this information is out there on the world wide web.)
